Recently I bought new high waisted shorts by New Look. The weather hasn't really been 'short weather' because it has been raining for days but I decided to just wear my high waisted shorts and wear my tights under them so that I wouldn't have to wait for good weather - which could take weeks.
I wore black tights and a black T-shirt by H&M. My shoes for this outfit were black and white Converce All Stars but in the pictures I'm wearing my new pair of ballet flats.
Since everything about the outfit was so black, I decided to wear brighter accessories: my mustach watch and bird necklace from New Look.
