OOTD: Leather Loving!

Hello everyone! Today my exams started so I decided to wear an outfit that I think is comfy!
I wore a leather legging with a long shirt over it. The shirt had gold stud detailing, cute! I just put on my boots and I was ready to go!
It was snowing this morning by the way! Yes, the first snow we've seen here this year! I have to admit it was a bit cold in this outfit, but oh well...

Oh, and I know my hair might look a bit weird, I put it in a ponytail so that it would be out of the way when I was filling in my exam!

A bit too dark? I'll put on flash next time!

Also wearing leather gloves! I just think they're classy!

I hope you all had a great day as well! x

Monthly Diary - November

Hello everyone! I forgot to update my monthly diary a few days ago so I'm going to do it now!

This umbrella was from H&M. I got it last August and these last couple of days it has been quite important to me! The weather here is awful! They are predicting snow these days so...!

I've been practicing my photography a bit! I really love flowers and when I saw this one I was like: "Wow, I really need a picture of this!"So so pretty! I can't stop admiring this picture!

Just an inspirational picture! Exams coming up so I really do need some motivation! Starting on Thursday, aaahhh I'm nervous already!

Actually going to colour my hair again tomorrow! I'm going for bright red, let's hope it works!

Thirty years of Thriller (on November 30th)! I'm a big MJ fan!

I'm kind of a tattoo girl. I don't have any yet (I'm only sixteen and my parents don't want me to get one now) but I do really like searching cute tattoos. I found this picture, it's a tattoo quote that says "Never run faster than your guardian angel can fly".
I thought this had a really special meaning!

Was November a good month for you?

November Favourites!

Hello everyone! We've been December for a while so I wanted to do a post on my favourites of November. In November I tried out a lot of things, I emptied a lot of products and I loved a lot of products! I'm going to show them now.

The first thing is my Mega volume black smoke mascara by L'oréal. This came in my October Deauty box and made me so happy! I was running out of other mascara and I actually wanted to try one by L'oréal so it was the perfect timing! Lovely product! I really enjoy using it!
This mascara is extreme black and seperates my lashes perfectly. It also makes my lashes very long!

Another product that came in my October Deauty box! The Kiehl's lipbalm. I think that I'm going to empty it soon if I keep on using it as much as I do now. I really can't help it, it's an amazing product! So moisturizing, not sticky, just perfect!

Two palettes by Essence that I've been wearing and loving! The first one (above) is a palette with four neutral colours called "To die for" and the second palette (below) is from the Sun Club collection. It's in "02 long beach". Lovely fall colours! The pigmentation is great! They were both $3.91.
Super affordable!

This blush below, called "Apricot smoothie" was a gift from my friend, a beauty lover like me. I love how there's a red, shimmery part and a more orange toned part. I love blush because I'm pale myself, especially in winter, so this product is really one of my favourite products of these last couple of months. Also, I have a thing for cute names, and this one is so lovely! I like to use a little bit because the colours are quite bright, but if you wanted to, you could build up the intensity.

Well, well, well. You shouldn't be too surprised to see the YSL volupté sheer candy glossy balm in this post. Ever since getting it, back in September, I've been using and loving this. Expensive, but so worth the money. I love the packaging by the way! (Click here to read more about this product).

Another lipproduct! This jar filled with strawberry scented nourishing lipbalm is by Yves Rocher. I let my sister convince me to bring this home. Holy moly, that is one of the most expensive lipbalms I've ever got (basically because I normally just get the cheap drugstore ones- they work just fine). But okay, it's worth the price. Oh, and also, don't count on finishing this jar in a month, it'll take a lot longer, trust me!

Recently I had an acne break out so I was so so happy I had this allround concealer palette by Catrice to help me hide the blemishes!
This one comes with a green to conceal rednesses, a pink to conceal dark circles under your eyes and three shades of brown. You could mix the colours to get the shade of your skintone. This palette is a good buy because it costs a lot less than buying five different single concealers. Also, like all the other Catrice products, you can count on quality.

And last but not least: "Basic instinct" eyeshadow by New York Color (NYC). I use this as a highlighter and god, it is such a lovely colour!

Time to work a bit harder!

It's that time of year again, the city is full of Christmas lights, it's getting colder, it's getting darker, we drink tea more than we do in summer, LOVELY! I can't wait to get home from school knowing that I won't have to go for the next two weeks so that I can spend that time with my family and on my blog.

There's just one thing... I have to spend quite a few of my days in December behind a writing table because I have exams soon. They start this Thursday, which means I'm running out of time to study and I'll really have to put as much time in it as I can...
The reason I'm telling you this is because I could skip a day (or maybe two if I am really busy or if the subjects aren't easy). I hope you can understand and I'll try to update as much as I can!

Oh and now that I have the chance, I also want to thank you for supporting me this last month, by visiting, commenting and following. It has been a pleasure to come on my blog everyday and to see people who have left me comments.

I'd like to wish everyone else with exams good luck too and I'll see you soon!
Love,
Eva ♥

Pictures by me, by the way. Just wanted to insert them since I like how they turned out to be..

Winter Lipcare!

Hello everyone, how are you all doing today?
I'm writing about painful lips today, because, let's face it, it all happens to us: having painful or sensitive lips in winter and sometimes even summer! I didn't really care about lipbalms these previous years because I never even had damaged lips. Maybe dry lips but nothing too serious. Anyways, this year I started to use them everyday. Also, it started to freeze a few days ago so why not try to prevent painful lips?
I got a bunch of lipbalms that I wanted to try out and show to you, so here they are!

The first ones I got were strawberry and raspberry scented nourishing lipbalms by Yves Rocher. This one was quite expensive, if I can be honest! 3,50 euro, which is about $4.55. I don't know how much you like to spend on lipbalms but mine are normally never that expensive.
I really wanted to try it out and it looked like a good product so I got it. Also, the jar is pretty big, I don't think you'll run out of this product in a month. I do like the scent and the texture, it's moisturizing and protecting. I like to apply a big layer to make sure it doesn't come off as easily.

The next product is a bit of a lipstick ànd lipbalm product. It's the YSL volupté sheer candy glossy balm. As the name says, it's more of a balm instead of a lipstick. Puts a nice, tinted, very soft and protecting layer on your lips. It also smells great and stays on for quite a while. LOVE it!
Of course, it's YSL so you should think about the money you want to spend. I can tell you that it's pretty expensive, especially if you want to use it as a lipbalm, which means you'd use it everyday and it would be empty in a couple of months.

This last product, ah, it's got to be my favourite one (exept for the YSL lipproduct but I really use it as a lipstick, I don't just put it on when my lips are painful.)
It was in my October Deauty box (click here to read the unboxing post) and later I wrote a review on it (click here.) I really love this product.
It stays on long, doesn't smell weird, moisturizes better than any of the other products I've shown you in this post and it's so soft! Also, it's not like there are glitters in there, but it looks a bit shiny on my lips, I really love that! I have no idea how much this costs, because it was in my Deauty box,
but I'm pretty sure I'll repurchase this baby!

Are there any lipbalms you'd recommend?
