Here I am again and as an early Christmas present, I made you a video! This last year think I've really finally found the perfect foundation routine.
This video incorporates everything: from BB cream to concealing, contouring and highlighting. And the best thing about it? They're all budget products!
As you will see, my eye make-up is already done. I used my MAC Nine Times Burgundy palette for this look!

Fall is coming and even though I'm not one to like the rain or the winds, I am really excited about the make-up and the fashion that comes along with the fall months.
In summer, dressing up is easy. Pretty much anything will do: floral, dresses skirts, any type of shorts...
In fall and winter, I feel like you have to try a little harder, but you really get the chance to take it away and express yourself completely.
It's also a make-up thing. In fall and winter, I feel you're more challenged to go darker and to try new things. I, for one, wouldn't wear a brown or purple lip in summer. In fall or winter, I would.
My current make-up look for fall 2017 consists of mainly orange and copper tones. This eye make-up is created mainly with my Morphe 350 palette, which is a beautiful, fall appropriate palette. It has sold out a couple of times and I really can't say that I'm surprised. Who wouldn't want a beauty like this?

Remember my spring 2016 look I made for you guys a little while back? In case you haven't seen it yet, here are a couple of links to help you remember: the post with the pictures and the post that contains the video. This look was a very easy, basic make-up look that I do all the time. Right after filming this video, I decided I wanted to make a sequal.
I wanted to make a "day to night" tutorial. And so I did!
In the next video, I show you how you can add a bit of eyeshadow (and perhaps some liquid eyeliner and false lashes), to create your day make-up into night make-up. (During the filming I moved a bit so in a part of the video I'm a bit out of focus, but you can still see what I'm doing so please bear with me ;) )

Fall is officially in town and I'm so excited! The biggest change, the weather, is not my favourite change, but there are some changes that I'm excited about.
Make-up trends for example! I have been wearing green and cranberry eyeshadow a lot recently! I just think these colours are so beautiful and fall appropriate.
A couple of weeks ago I posted an eye of the day using my three favourite green eyeshadows and today I have a tutorial for you!
I actually recorded this look three times! The first time I was out of focus the whole time, the second time I wanted to film tutorial style, I was sharing tips and tricks but then there was a memory card error and the footage disappeared.
However, I recorded it again, edited it and now it's online.
This look is my pin-up make-up look. If you've been following my blog, you might have seen my pin-up outfits. This is always the look that I go for when I'm wearing one of those outfits because it's simple, neutral but classy.

I'm back with a make-uplook challenge update! I had this post standing in my concepts for a really long time, but I didn't remember making the look and taking the photographs. Sometimes I am so busy that I forget everything!
When I just started getting into makeup, I googled looks and tried to make my eyes look like they looked in the photos. Later on, I found out that there was actually a beauty community on youtube. Young girls who make videos of how to do your makeup. Hair, eyebrows, smokey eyes, neutral looks, how to do the perfect red lip, everything I wanted I could find on the Internet!
By now, I have found a couple of youtubers that I enjoy watching. Some of them, I've followed for a while, some of them, I've only just found! I thought it would be fun to share them with you!
The first one is Jarmaine from JLovesMac1. She is not only stunning, she's also very funny and she talks about more then beauty. She has "fit" videos and also shows her personal side once in a while. I absolutely adore her!
Next I want to show you a girl that I only recently discovered. Her name is Alison and her username is Alisonlovesjb. JB meaning Jonas Brother, not Justin Bieber. She is a sweetheart in love with art and special animals (Chinese waterdragons and such). Aside from that she's a tattooed Christian and I love her for everything she represents and everything she believes in (and refuses to give up on)! She also has the most awesome tutorials ever!
And last but not least I have Elle Fowler, she's known as "Allthatglitters21". Well, recently she hasn't been doing a lot of makeup tutorials anymore, which I'm a bit sad about because I loved her tutorials, but I also love her for her Glitteratures (= Glitter literature). In Glitterature videos she basically reviews books. I myself am a huge book reader and so this is really the ultimate pleasure for me!
