Did you make new year's resolutions?
I didn't. I just want to keep up with what I've been doing in 2014. I started to go to the gym last month and I hope I can keep that up.
That's why I'm here with my fourth "fitspiration" post! This one includes some nice workout schedules.
I like to use these schedules during the holidays, when the gym is closed.
