Maybelline Color Tattoo review

Yes. I did it. Enough of the doubting and stalling the purchase of this product. I've been wanting it for such a long time, I decided to go ahead and buy it for myself as a Christmas present!
I'm talking about the Maybelline Color Tattoo, in case you didn't know I've been wanting it for a really long time.

As always, I stood there, not knowing which colour I wanted to pick first. I just wanted all of them! However, my brain said I should pick a colour that I would and could wear everyday. So I went for "Permanent Taupe".

This is what the colour looks like. Perfect taupe. I think I'm in love! I have worn it on it's own like an eyeshadow but I've also used it as a base for eyeshadow and it looks beautiful in both ways!

The texture is so incredibly creamy and pigmented. It's a real pleasure to work with.

Swatch! You can see yourself how beautiful it is.

I'm very happy with this Color Tattoo. It's everything I wanted and more, I can for sure understand why other bloggers love it so much.
I paid €10, which is about $13.69. I thought it was a little much for a cream eyeshadow but the quality is good so I'm happy to pay the full price.

Thanks for reading!

Calvin Klein sheer cream eyeshadow review

Hello you guys, recently I got two sheer cream eyeshadows by Calvin Klein. I've never had a Calvin Klein beauty product before so I was really excited to test these.
I got two light colours. A champagne one, called "Snakeskin Silver" and a pink one called "Cashmere Plum". How cute are those names?
Both these cream eyeshadows are shimmery.

The jars are cute and handy. It has the Calvin Klein logo on the front and the name on the back. The bottom of the little jar is see through so you can see if you like the colour. Oh, the caps are thesame colour as the actual eyeshadow colour as well! Lovely!

Swatches!
These swatches are both one wipe. As you can see the colours are shimmery and well pigmented. Obviously, you could build up the colour.

Here I have applied the pink colour very lightly on my eyes. I use this pink cream eyeshadow before I apply light eyeshadow colours, that way they show up more!
As I said before you can build up the colour a lot more but I didn't apply much because I was going to use it as a base for my makeup look!

Oh, and I thought it would be super expensive but it actually turned out to be a very affordable product! I paid €2.99/jar, which is about $3.88.

I hope you enjoyed this review! Makeup looks will be up soon!

Essence Stay All Day Eyeshadow Review

Hello everyone!
School started back up for me which means I won't be blogging until I get back from school these days. A bit annoying, I know, but there's no other way.

So a little while back I went shopping and I got a bunch of new items. I did do a review on the Estée Lauder lipstick and the Essence highlighter that I got already. Today I’m going to review another product; The Essence Stay All Day eyeshadow. I’ve wanted to try it for a really long time but for some reason I never picked it up.

I got it about two or three weeks ago and I’ve been using it every day ever since. The colour that I got was “coppy right”, I think this was the lightest colour they had left. It’s a pretty big jar that holds cream eyeshadow.

I know it looks pretty dark but actually it’s kind of a gold cream eyeshadow. You can use it as a base too, if you want to apply gold eyeshadow over it. So far I’ve just used it as eyeshadow and not as a base. Normally I do my foundation in the morning, apply a bit of eyeshadowbase and then I put this over it so that it stays on all day long. I have used it without eyeshadow base too and it stays on just as good and just as long, so you could say that the base is a bit optional.

This is how I wear it: I just put it on and then I get some mascara on my lashes and I’m ready to go. Pretty simple, huh? I don’t even put eyeliner on, I like the way it looks when it looks like this. I actually took these pictures at night, when I just got home so you can see that it still looks pretty good after a whole intire day of running around!
I like this product. It’s totally inexpensive and great quality.
What do you think? Have you ever tried these eyeshadows?
